Seller's Description

Professional installation by Enrg Vans, Fayetteville, WV in Spring 2024 of: -Flatline VanCo Low profile roof rack -Two Renogy 175W Solar Panels (350W total) -Maxxair 7500K Roof Fan -Driver side camper window that opens with screen -Passenger side sliding door, fixed window. -Passenger seat swivel base. -Webasto Airtop 2000 STC gasoline heater/furnace, tapped into main vehicle gas tank. 1 gallon gas = around 20 hours. Works great. These 1 year old professional upgrades total over $10k. Those, plus the value of the van, around 20k, and about 6k of additions I made myself, make 25k a very good deal. Waiting for someone to realize that. I built/installed: -bed platform with RV queen sized memory foam mattress -Cedar plank ceiling with dimmable puck lights. -Seat with cushion -Cabinet with full sized sink and butcher block countertop. -Platform with storage below for Dometic Fridge/Freezer (included) -insulated, precision cut subfloor, with luxury vinyl plank flooring. -Rear door ladder. -Combo of wool and 3m insulation. -EcoFLow Delta Pro lithium battery, charged by solar panels and connected to 12V fuse block, powering everything. -Custom rear door storage Panels. -Custom mosquito netting for front windows, side sliding door and rear door. -Shore power port I used all the most common, top end materials and equipment I could get. There are some trim details not yet complete, so it be would easy for a DIY'r to adjust or otherwise make your own. But it's a great van, capable of boon docking for at least a week. Serious inquiries only please. I just ordered carfax that shows regular maintenance and no accidents.
