Seller's Description
I lived in this campervan full time for over a year. It is my second time outfitting a minivan, so I have learned what works best, including what is needed, and, perhaps more importantly, what is not needed. Van is a 2008 Toyota Sienna, 222k miles and no problems. Very clean, the interior has been steam cleaned and detailed. Shifts smooth, no rust. I drive a lot between Ohio and New Jersey and have been across the country multiple times with absolutely no issues. Clean title and full maintenance records included. This engine is an animal, it is still supercharged and used in Lotus racing supercars today. 4 new tires, new brakes, and always full synthetic oil with graphene wax on the outside. This van will run solidly for many years to come. It also has a tow hitch, backup camera, and top of the line Diode Dynamics SL2 Pro LED headlight bulbs. For the camper (my studio apartment), I custom ordered from a local lumbermill full one inch quality plywood for the floor, trunk base, and bed. Sealed and finished with many layers of real polyurethane for extra durability, not cheap home depot wax. Bed is Milliard 4 inch memory foam size single - 25" x 75". Super comfy, I love it. I'm about 6 feet and fit perfectly. Full size platform bed is included as well for two-player mode. I have another one of the same mattress that I place side by side, but a full-size foam mattress will also fit. Rug has a cushion underneath to make kneeling easier. I hang all of my clothes, and used milk crates underneath the bed for storage. It was way more space than I really needed! Rear windows have Weather Tech shades for privacy, and the front window shades are included as well. A curtain separates the front from the back, so from the outside it looks like a totally normal minivan, which is needed for stealth camping. Blades on the windows allow them to be cracked without letting in rain or wandering eyes. Not many minivans have solar, but this one has 200 watts on top, recessed within the luggage racks for stealth. No holes were drilled, and the cables use existing entrances into the van. A Bluetti AC200P provides the electrical, with both AC and DC outlets, a 2000 watt inverter and 2000wh of battery life. It can power the efficient Dometic CFX fridge for a few days on its own even without solar, but the 200 watts will keep it charged indefinitely with good sunlight. In less than ideal conditions there is a car charger wired up straight to the car battery that can charge the Bluetti at a high rate while driving. Having a fridge is a game changer. The battery also powers a very efficient 12v Caframo marine fan that moves a whole lot of air for summer nights. I have slept in this van in Colorado winter down to 0 degrees, given enough clothes and blankets. It is amazing to be able to just go, and always have a place to stay. Planet Fitness Black card membership makes showering easy, and it is possible to park just about anywhere. All original van seats are included, and the van can easily be converted back to normal within an hour. Nothing is permanent. I saved so much on rent, this thing can pay for itself in no time at all! But my circumstance has changed so I sadly do not need her anymore. I am hoping she goes to a good home!
