Custom-built Volkswagen Camper Van for sale. Excellent condition for its 24 years. Six months ago got huge maintenance: Full front suspension was rebuilt (New wheels bearings, control arms bushings, ball joints, tie rods, front and rear shock absorbers, anti-roll bars bushings); Perfect alignment. New Inner and Outer CV Joints, Head cover gasket, and complete engine and transmission maintenance (cleaning, oil change, filters). Steering system oil flush, Coolant flush. The new front tires and rear ones are in good condition. Electrical system: 4x100W Renogy solar panels, Renogy MPPT Battery charge controller, 2000W Renogy Inverter (easily can use a fridge, microwave, kettle, and cooktop). Two 100A Iron Phosphate smart batteries. Four puck ceiling lights with two different switches, two for the front area and two for the back. A roof ventilation fan has been installed and works all day perfectly to keep moisture away. ARB awning and attachable room included with mosquito netting and ceiling led light. Custom curtains are made in The U.K., especially for this van, and provide complete nighttime privacy. Two drawers under the bed and big storage in the back. Smoke / carbon monoxide detector installed. A special RV fire extinguisher included. Midea A/C unit installed to keep it nice and cool at night as I toured the southern USA solo last year. Shore power socket added so you have the option to use mains power if you want. The waste A/C heat is dumped into the cab and is drawn out by powerful window fans I made. The front passenger seat has been removed to make space for the A/C, and a large camping fridge/freezer put in its place. However, the A/C unit, ductboard, and cooler can all easily be removed, and the front seat reinstalled.
