Seller's Description

Don’t scroll past this one! This off grid van is ready to hit the road for full time living, long road trips or weekend getaways! It was designed for comfort and functionality with quality components and has everything you need. A couple highlights is the larger (4.3 cu ft) fridge/freezer at standing level and the above average storage with 3 large upper cabinets, numerous lower drawers, under the bench storage, and the rear garage! Check out the bungee shelves as you enter the side door! The bed has a trifold mattress that can be folded when not in use providing a large countertop. This unit was designed with four slider windows and screens, with two rooftop fans for great air circulation. The van has been well maintained (receipts during my ownership) and has a clean title (no lien). Mechanicals and maintenance: Oil change (every 3000 miles) 59k- front ceramic pads replaced, four wheel alignment, clean lube slides 60,500- transmission fluid drained and replaced, brake wear sensors replaced 62,500- tires replaced with Michelin Agilis Cross Climate; has Discount Tire replacement certificate and free rotate and balance (just rotated at 66,400) 06/24 Windshield washer pump replaced 2nd key fob Small hairline cracks in passenger side mirror (it was purchased this way and has not affected visibility, so I did not repair). Van originated from the south and has been stored inside during the winters of our ownership; has never been in snow/salt. Converted three years ago by experienced person that has done several conversions “on the side”. Tongue and groove walls Luxury vinyl flooring Rear garage has durable rubber flooring with a lot of room for gear It was also originally built with doors on one side as a dog crate when our pup was young. Turns out, he didn’t need it so I removed the doors, but they are included. (Photo shows them propped up). We are located in southern Wisconsin, our needs have changed and we don’t seem to use it as much as expected. It has made some long trips (AR, NM, MI UP) and runs smooth and problem free. Asking price is $75,000. I’m open to a reasonable offer and can consider assisting on delivery.
