I bought this van in October 2023 in Culver City CA. from the original owner. The vehicle had 7000 miles on the odometer. My wife and I brought it to Delaware at the end of our three week adventure with 10000+ miles on it. Fast-forward 18 months and the van and I now reside in Oregon. The van was 75% converted when I bought it and I have had some upgrades done but more could be added if desired. The van is more than I need and since Karen decided to keep our house in De. selling the van is the prudent thing for me to do. I have been the only driver other than the original owner so it has been well taken care of. Hugh. I own the van outright and have the title, registration, and service records. I am 70 years old and drive like a 70 year old. The tachometer has never been over 4000 rpm. in any of the 10 speeds of the transmission. The back seat can be taken out and reinstalled if preferred. The Compo closet toilet has been used maybe 5 times and is vented outside if preferred. You can use it in the van, outside or wherever you choose. It is completely portable! 30 Amp. plug on outside for campgrounds with electric, friends houses, home or wherever.
