2002 Northern Lite 10-2 - Off Grid, All Season

This camper is boondocking ready. 1100W of bifacial solar on the roof, 3000W pure sine wave inverter (so you can use shore power too), 600AH of lithium batteries. The entire system is Renogy with a charge controller and blue tooth monitor. This runs everything in the rig. I worked remote and ran a computer, multiple monitors, fridge, water heater, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, electric kettle, etc, etc. No issues. Includes Starlink standard kit mounted with industrial magnets to the roof and wired to modem inside. You have solar everywhere all the time unless you are under a tree or a bridge, just have to get the monthly internet plan. Norcold 12V refrigerator, Fogatti electric on demand water heater, Wilderness RV Montana Hybrid RV Queen Pillowtop mattress (always covered with included waterproof mattress pad), sunblocking and blackout window coverings and Dry Flush toilet all less than a year old. Roof was completely resealed and escape hatch cover was replaced fall 2024. Includes Ninja air fryer/oven, Galanz microwave, two propane tanks, mounted LevelMate Pro and Glow Step Stow N Go stairs. Deep sink with cup rinser. Is plumbed for espresso machine or use the area for a dish drain. 40G fresh water/20G gray water. I don't use the black tank but plumbing is intact. Water has an inline Flow-Pur filter installed. All weather with heated basement. TONS of storage. Needs one latch and two light covers replaced that I keep forgetting to grab at the store. Some old water damage from the original owner leaving the top right window open but no leaks since I have had it the last year or the prior owners. Some small wallpaper areas peeled or scratched here and there. I have loved this rig but recently bought a fifth wheel and am on to the next adventure. *NOTE: Truck not included, I need it to tow the fifth wheel :) I am open to all reasonable offers.
