Why are we selling? We planned on keeping this for the lifetime of the vehicle but after 3 years of living out of this van full-time, we want to settle down and buy a home. We want to reduce our debt-to-income ratio and open up some additional capital for our home purchase. We’ve cared for it as if we were keeping it indefinitely. They have been rotated since install and probably have about 20k miles left on them if I had to guess. Tread still looks great! Zero rust issues Registered as an RV in Texas We have had 0 major issues with this vehicle, never had an engine or error light on the vehicle There are minor dings to the paint from other people’s doors and rocks from the road (ugh) One of the rear reflectors on the rear bumper has a missing part General Campervan Build Details: Fully custom build, we bought the van (brand new) and had it built in Colorado by a licensed builder. It was “prepped” for a campervan conversion by the dealer (Mercedes Benz of Boston) All marine grade materials…built to last Paint has been touched up and countertop has been refinished Floors have been sealed/polished Toilet area (we used a Nature’s Head composting toilet) is under the counter on the right side and toilet is on a sliding platform. There is a tube and wiring for an exhaust fan ready!
