Since this BlueBird engine is inside, and you are driving right up against the dash, you can see the road with ease and comfort. (we looked for this when buying a bus! as other buses have the engine sticking far out in the front) Since we bought the bus we have replaced the air suspensions in the front, replaced all 6 tires, and regular oil changes to keep this bus going strong! LIVING ROOM / FRONT CAB INFO: Dashboard is a custom wood top with original drivers seat and overhead storage. There is a Velit 12v AC Unit that can be angled to blow air to the driver while driving. There are two identical couches with custom cushions and storage underneath both (over the wheel wells). Couches convert to be a full-size GUEST BED. There is a Tiny Wood Stove that vents out of the roof with wood storage underneath. Gets the bus very warm and burns nicely (plus is so much fun)! All windows have fitted, easy pull down, black out blinds. KITCHEN INFO: Kitchen features custom marbled quartz countertops with a deep stainless steel kitchen stove (allows flush cutting board for extra counter space). Sink is connected to 75 gallon water tank and drains to the 75 gallon gray water tank. There is a sleek stainless steel filtered water faucet on the counter to left of sink connected to Acuva UV water filter. (plus some fun rainbow film on the window that casts beautiful rainbow colors at peak sun hours) Countertop has plenty of space in the middle and a 3 burner RV gas stover top over glass cover to give lots of counter space altogether. We cook sourdough bread in our oven & amazing meals on the road! The 3-burner stove is connected to 2 15lb propane tanks in the storage outside the bus which can last 4-6 months per tank. Ikea cabinets and custom overhead cabinets with child locks to prevent them from opening while driving. On the other side of the kitchen is the apartment sized RV fridge which is gas OR electric option. There is a work/desk station with a custom storage cabinet underneath. Next to the fridge is a 6 shelf sliding floor to ceiling pantry with TONS of storage. **Over the kitchen is the "skylight" installed by bolting a truck topper to the roof of the bus using pre-existing beams and flashing. Bus is 11.5' tall at maximum. BATHROOM INFO: Bathroom opens with a custom sliding barn door that latches from the outside (for driving). The entire floor of the bathroom is tiled with natural stone and the shower has a beautiful blueish glass subway tile. The window in the shower has a pretty "stained glass" effect privacy screen and skylight over shower. Moen water-saving gold shower head. Countertop has a bit of storage underneath plumbing for the small bowl sink. Wooden counter has hidden door that opens for a hamper! Huge space saver. & Mirror with hidden storage. Nature's head compost toilet sits on tiles floor and vent through the floor to the outside of the bus with a 12v fan. CLOSET INFO: Closet is quite large with a lot of hanging storage space and an ikea dresser with 3 large drawers. There is space to store towels, shoes, etc on the upper shelf. & window covers and brooms on the spaces to the side. BEDROOM/BED INFO: The bed in the back of the bus converts so that it can be very open to feel like a second room/bedroom with space to change and move around. When the bed is folded and up you can still use it as a large couch "den". This leaves a lot of space to move around and the large folding desk hinges up to make a great work area. You also have the second door in the back of the bus which we would keep open when parked in beautiful places. If you wanted to use this bus as an an air bnb, you can build a deck right off the side of it! The bed when up, also converts to be just a bit larger than a queen mattress. We are including a custom mattress that allows you to fold it with ease. Bed has a TON of storage underneath. We used it for our tools, Starlink, and dog crates. The bedroom has another Velit 12v ac unit floor model that is underneath the bed and has the Propex high altitude heater (works in elevations up to 11,000 ft!!) with the control panel next to the bed as the wood burning stove can't go all night/doesn't reach the bedroom. The temperature in the bedroom is PERFECT even on chilly nights with this. ELECTRICAL/SOLAR INFO: All electrical is housed in the rear door of the bus in the "garage". Samuel 3000 Watt Inverter, 600 watts of solar panels and Midnight 150 charge controller. 3 170 AH Renogy Lithium batteries. Battery Isolator for Alternator charging. 12v and 110 outlets. ENGINE INFO: 5.9 L Cummins Engine Alison Transmission 172,500 Miles. (These can go up to 1,00,000 if taken care of) *mechanics always admire & compliment our engine!!* EXTERIOR INFO: Huge Storage area right by the front door of the bus that can hold big outdoor gear like Sups, foldable bikes, camping equipment, etc. (You will see in our videos we also use it as a large outdoor table when it's lifted up.) Propane cage bolted to the under storage of bus with hookup for 2 "grill" tanks! ROOF: Large wooden deck on the back half of bus bolted into beams with custom welded frame. Houses solar panels and frames the back skylight. 2- 75 gallon water tanks mounted to the underside of bus rear with RV input valves. Bumper was extended with 3 foot back deck for access to garage. We hold our electric bikes here. Custom stainless welded storage box in under carriage of bus. Door of box hinges up to attach with chains and lay flat as an outdoor stainless table (great for cooking/entertaining outside or doing projects). Propane box/Propex Heater mounted on back deck. We LOVE our bus and are sad to part ways with it, but are starting to settle down and don't need this size rig for our lifestyle anymore. *Driver Side Mirror 1 is missing. There are 2 driver side mirrors. We can install a new one or take off $500.
