This is your chance to put your own stamp on a 90% complete camper van build! Everything is complete including electric and plumbing, the buyer solely needs to finish building out the shower (if desired) and run a gas line to the water heater (again, if desired). Build out includes a seating area with dining table that converts to a "queen" size bed, running water with sink and shower (plumping complete, build not), a fridge, electrical with two batteries run on solar power and a DC to DC charger, two ceiling fans, counter space, overhead storage, and three windows. Included in purchase if the buyer wants is a shower pan, extra piping for the plumping, and extra havlock wool for insulation, and a magnetic bug screen for the back door. This is a home build with many hours of labor and love put into it, but we're not perfect so there may be slight imperfections you wouldn't find in a professional build. The being said, we've used it for a cross-country trip without any issues. One thing to note, and is included in pictures, is that there was a pipe burst during a quick freeze and thaw and the faucet will need to be replaced, but we're happy to provide a link for the exact one we purchased. The van recently underwent a full diagnostic and the auto shop and has been fixed up to run like a dream.
