Seller's Description
Selling my 2017 Nissan NV3500 - custom built Adventure Van / camper van. The vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition, well maintained, very reliable, everything works. No rust. Runs smooth. Mileage is currently 169,350. Clean title in hand, no loans or liens. It is the 7’ 1” height clearance version, which means it can fit in most parking structures that can fit pickup trucks. Has a backup camera, and an outdoor monitoring camera. It is the Heavy Duty 3500 V8, with a stronger transmission than the 1500 & 2500 versions. Physical condition: The RV vinyl decals are removable if you prefer a stealth van. There is a repaired scrape on the lower part of the passenger side door, there is a dent on the front license plate, a small rock chip on the windshield, and a small dent on the rear bumper. Other than those, the body is in good condition, no accidents. Here’s what’s included in the camper build: Electrical system (all purchased new): - 2x 12V 280AH LifePO4 batteries (providing 6,720 watt-hours per charge) - 2200 Watts Pure Sine Wave Inverter, 12V DC to 110V AC - 50A LifePO4 Battery Charger (full charge in around 10 hours on a normal 110v outlet) Interior Amenities: - Coway Airmega 150(W) HEPA Air Purifier for Air circulation - Honeywell 9,000 BTU A/C & Dehumidifier (exhaust goes out under the van) - Insulated ceiling and side walls with Roxul Rockwool - 6x Recessed Halo ceiling lights (with adjustable brightness dimmer) - 40” onn Roku TV - Twin sized bed (most campers have smaller, shorter beds, but this one is fitted with a true-to-size Twin). - Large desk with cord cut-outs for charging cables - Light up mirror - Storage: slide-out clothing bins under desk, white metal storage shelf, 3x in wall shelfs, 3x in-wall bottle holders, towel racks, more storage under bed - No-plumbing camping toilet (removable, held by magnets) The van can be charged via an extension cord on any household 110v outlet. The charging port can be found inside the fuel door, above the gas cap. You would charge it similar to as you would charge an electric car. There are no solar panels installed - but you can easily modify the setup to charge via solar as the roof has attachment holes. For reference, 6000 watt-hours usable per charge means you can run the lights for around 250 hours, or moderate air circulation for 220 hours, or TV and lights for about 150 hours, or the AC at full blast for about 7 hours. There is room to add more batteries for more capacity if you wish. The middle panel connecting to the driver’s area is held together by magnets, and can be removed if there is a need to improve airflow to the sleeping area. Front windows have rain guards, can be opened discreetly to provide better airflow as well. The TV can also be lifted up to provide an emergency exit to the driver’s compartment. Asking for only $22,500. Private owner, not a dealer. Cash only, but if you have good credit I may be able to help point you to find financing options through third parties. Thanks for looking. This is a great deal for serious buyers only please. I am typically available for showings on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please message me for a showing if you’re interested. Ivan
