The Colorado Campervan pop top is notable for how high up it goes (almost 4 feet - giving you much more headspace than a Sportsmobile) and raises and lowers effortlessly using an electronic winch system controlled via remote or a switch located inside van - no lifting up and/or pulling down required! Pop top has 6 recessed bright LED lights that are also controlled via switch in van, and 6 big windows with layers of screen, clear vinyl, and canvas. Rooftop Dometic fan can run in forward or reverse on multiple speeds, keeping the van’s interior comfortable. Full-sized mattress (not included) fits on main pop top sleeping platform (50”x77”) and there is also a separate front platform that measures 50" x 29", perfect for a child or dog to sleep or hang out on - also great for storage. Even when pop top is down in 'road-mode', there is room for all bedding and other items to be stored on the platforms. The main platform is modular and the panels can be stacked during the day to provide more ‘downstairs’ standing room. Van includes second and third row seats (3rd row seats are not installed). Previous owner replaced original carpet with vinyl flooring on top of sound dampening insulation and plywood subfloor. 3rd row outboard seatbelts are not installed in van, and flooring modification currently prevents 3rd row bench from being securely installed - those items would need to be addressed before using the 3rd row for passengers in motion. Second row of seats is easily removable to provide more flexibility at the campground or at home. Additional upgrades include backup camera, newer headlights, and aftermarket stereo with bluetooth, as well as Bilstein shocks and supplemental rear air suspension for a smooth ride. 200Ah Renogy battery and Krieger 2000 watt inverter with multiple 120V and USB charging outlets installed in rear of van. Battery charges via the van’s alternator while driving or through an external battery charger. Expedition Essentials ExO table with Cook Partners dual burner stove is installed on the rear door, making campground cooking a breeze. Attaches to any size propane tank via the provided gas line adapter. Together this camp kitchen is worth over $1600. A set of storage pouches is also installed on the other rear door. 53 Liter Dometic CFX3 55IM 12V Fridge with ice maker ($1000 value) and a Thetford 135 Porta Potti can be included with sale if desired. Walls have been partially insulated with 3M and wool (will include remaining 3M with sale). Some of the wall panels have been removed but will also be included with sale. Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse HT tires installed June 2023, have under 5000 miles on them. Van has cruise control and tow mode and includes a 2” hitch receiver with a 4-pin connector. Spare tire mounted on rear swing-arm. This is a great van for around-town driving as well as hitting the open road. Drives great and has been recently serviced. Typical dents, dings, wear and condition in keeping with age, price, and intended usage of van. Without rear seats, the interior of the van is a cavernous ~10’ x 5’ space and a blank slate for your needs.
