I have no had any major issues with it and don't notice anything odd or unusual in how its running currently. The build out is full functional, though new owner will likely want to install a stove, as I was using a propane camp stove. The interior could use some updating, and TLC. Things that could use TLC: Cedar ceiling flexes and is coming detached in a few spots. I haven't had issues with it but I personally would redo this if I was just buying it. Installing stove top. Installing water storage tank (used 6gallon water jugs mounted in back, but some may prefer having a dedicated water tank). Mounting propane to rear or underside of vehicle.
