Seller's Description
I'm based in the UK and I import & export vehicles from Europe, South Africa, Japan, Ukraine and even Russia. With the US being the top country in the world for van life, camping and overlanding; I thought to offer folks these awesome Soviet/Russian 4x4 off road UAZ Buhankas (which translate to a loaf of bread). The UAZ Buhanka, also known as the UAZ-452 (most popular model), is an iconic Soviet and Russian 4x4 camper van, perfect for adventure enthusiasts. Since the late 1960s, it has been a beloved choice for outdoor lovers. Key Features: Engine positioned between driver and passenger to maximize cabin space. Engine Options: 2.4-litre 4-speed manual petrol engine with 72 bhp and a top speed of 110 km/h. 2.7 or 2.9-litre inline-4 petrol engine with up to 112 horsepower and 153 lb-ft of torque, top speed around 125 km/h. Spacious Interior: Seats 7-8 passengers or adaptable for cargo, ideal for outdoor adventures. 4x4 Capability: Excels in challenging terrains, perfect for camping trips and overlanding. Modern Amenities (not all Buhankas have this): Includes air conditioning, Bluetooth, and upgraded seating for enhanced comfort. Customisation Options: Various spare parts and modifications available, including Chevy V8 engine conversions. We can also modify Buhankas in Ukraine before shipping. Recently, The Fast Lane Truck guys out in the US swapped a stock Buhanka engine into a LS Chevy (I included the link to the video). About this particular Buhanka 2206: - Good overall condition - Everything works as it should - 125,000+ miles - Custom interior - Overhauled stock manual 2.45 gasoline engine with a new camshaft, pistons, oil pump and cylinder head (includes LPG, which would get removed) - 100 hp - 16.91 to 17.94 miles per gallon - Stored in a garage - Multimedia including a sound system, bluetooth and USB - Roof rack - Ladder - Spare tyre - Heater - Soundproofed - Sofa - Household gas convertor - Table - Lockers - LED interior lighting - Gazelle filter - Snorkel - Running lights - Fog lights - USB - Aftermarket rear bumper - Power steering - Towbar The van is located in Ukraine. I have a friend over there (we went to the same university in London) who takes care of all the logistics. It would be transported to me to the UK and then, I'd ship it to the US. Contrary to belief, hundreds of vehicles are being transported into and out of Ukraine on a daily basis. I live in London, and we see a lot of Ukrainian number plates. The total shipped price to any US port is $13,000. Feel free to message me with any questions & I'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you're after something else entirely, I'd be more than happy to provide you any examples. I can even get my hands on 6x6 Russian trucks.
