2021 Ford Transit 350 High Roof Extended RWD

Low mileage Ford Transit 350 cargo van. The van was purchased new in April 2021. No accidents or salvage. Paint: Agat Black Metallic. Regular oil change and tire rotation ( every 3000 miles) The exterior has a few tiny chips otherwise in excellent condition (van stays garaged in dry AZ most of the time). ODO 18784, Tires original 235/65r16c 121/119 R, Silver steel wheels with black hub cap , Many add on options and packages: 3.5 L Ecoboost V6 Engine, (gasoline), 10 speed transmission, 3.73 limited slip axel ratio, frame mounted heavy duty trailer tow package, trailer brake controller, 9.500 lbs GVWR, Tow mirrors ( manual folding, heated, power adjustment mirrors) front fog lamps, rear window defroster, dual AGM 70 amp hr batteries, keyless entry pad, fixed rear and side privacy glass, SYNC 4 Bluetooth 12" screen, adaptive cruise control, blind spot information system, side sensing system, back up alarm, reverse sensing system, driver side and passenger swivel seats system , 3 keys and many more. I purchased this van to build my dream RV. unfortunately do to health issues I will not be able to complete the build. During Covid I designed the layout and purchased and installed some of the essential, foundational aspects of the build. Starting at the top and then working my way down. ROOF: Custom low profile aluminum roof rack designed to accommodate (2) 210 W and (2) 50 W ( 520 W total ) of solar panels, a 14 x14” Maxx Fan roof fan/vent and a 18”x 22” marine access hatch, opening up to a Trex roof deck and a WeBoost Drive Reach WIFI Booster antenna ( see photos and roof layout document). My plan specs an undercarriage mounted HVAC to make room for thendeck, the fan and then 500Ws of solar. It also keeps a lower streamlined roof top profile. INTERIOR: A furniture grade, insulated plywood floor base was installed using primed rivenuts with removable bolts. ( no glue) The bolts that fasten the floor to the van were strategically installed in locations that will also hold the 80/20 aluminum furniture framing base, per design plan. The entire van has been insulated with 3M Thinsulate and 80mil sound deadening Kilmat. The other more notable design features of the planned build would be a low profile 55 gallon wheel well saddle mounted water tank and a rear full queen bed lift using linear actuators designed to lift a deluxe plush 8 " queen sized mattress from bench seat height up to the vans ceiling to make room for an adjustable table and seating / storage area over the wheel wells. ( see photos) The key unique features of the custom made actuators is the very low profile of the actuators, the 150 Lb rating per actuator ( 600 lbs total) and the ability to use a toggle feature to level the bed without leveling the vehicle, saving a lot and money on wheel chocks or very expensive undercarriage mechanical leveling devices and a lot of time setting up camp, especially in the dark. (1) Ronco RV28W- 55 gal water tank 62L x 21.5Wx 13 H w/ vent , drain and fill port adapters. REMOVABLE 8020 Aluminum queen bed frame with wood slat bed base. MATTRESS INSIDER 8" custom 72"x 80" blended latex mattress with organic cotton cover. (2) 210W & (2) 50 W NewPowa solar panels totaling 520W and all 10AWG cables & weatherproof roof connectors to install solar panels. EXTRA: Full 32’x 5’ roll of 3M thinsulate (SM600L) acoustic insulation. This is a great van to build whether you use my plans or come up with your own, all the basics are there to build upon . All receipts are available. Van can be purchased "as is" without the uninstalled parts/ materials described above, less the 2021 cost of those parts/materials.
