We have been living in this van full time since getting it in October 2023. We purchased it from a couple that had lived in it full time for the 2 years prior. It is a fully capable off-grid "home on wheels" - as well as a mobile office: thanks to installed Starlink satellite internet dish you can make calls and work online anywhere with a clear view of the sky, even while in motion. It is insulated & four-season ready with an excellent heater and off-grid A/C. We have slept comfortably in extreme low(5*F) and high temperatures(100*F), and everything in between. Many vans will say off-grid, but the 1100W of solar panels made possible by our custom roof rack set this van apart. Run the 12V off-grid A/C on a sunny day and it's still net positive on charging amps... Run the A/C while making espresso, charging laptop, running 12V converted Starlink internet, no problem. It was originally DIY-converted into a camper by the previous owners--they did a great job, but there was more to be done to reach the camper van's full capability: Over the year and a half that we have owned it, we have had professional work & routine service done on the vehicle. Electrical, plumbing, and interior work, as well as several DIY improvement projects. It's hard to part with it now that it's in ideal operational & cosmetic condition, but the time has come for us to move into an apartment, save money, and think about having kids.
