Includes hitch with electric brake controller, after-market fog and driving lights, has separate portable chemical toilet (optional), custom bed and closet built in, pine and cedar interior paneling, blockout curtains, , 120 and 12 volt supplied via inverter, has coach battery, running water, automatic roof vent, winterized for arctic weather (multiple heaters under the hood, one plugin). This beautiful custom design (low profile) camper van has taken us all over North America from Alaska to Mexico, east coast, west coast and the south. There is a crack along the bottom 1/3 of the window and does not interfere with the view outside. We are the 2nd owners and are selling it to buy a family car, as we are done with long-distance traveling. 4 new tires installed summer of 2024. Van is located 30 miles north of Panama City, Florida.
