The van is ideal for those seeking self sustainable van life or traveling and camping adventures with all the basic amenities. It has a clear title and is under manufacturers warranty (through March 10, 2026, 60,000 miles). The van is powered by a V6 Ecoboost 3.5 L twin turbo engine. In my experience, the Ecoboost engine is more economical (approximately 17 mpg fully loaded) and provides more power for passing and climbing hills. The van has an AWD 10 speed automatic transmission and a select (manual) shift. The manual shift provides for greater control on step grades and off highway driving. The van was recently serviced (late May) and it received a new set of all-season tires. Living Space: Included is a kitchen, seating, shower, toilet (porta-potty), cabinets, and closet. The kitchen has a gas three burner cooktop, an oven, relatively large cruise refrigerator (130 liters) and a deep stainless sink. A bench and a Luna table accommodate the space, along with the front swivel passenger seat. The shower is roomy (32 x 22 in.) and may be used for extra storage when not in use. In addition, there is a small safe, TV and internet booster. There are 10 ports, including four USB ports, for your devices and other plug-ins Power and Water: The water system includes a 35 gallon storage tank, pump, and pressure accumulator that serve the shower and sink. A Gasland water heater serves the shower. The stove, oven and furnace (heater) also operate on gas. The sink has a five gallon gray-water tank. Electric power is provided by four Rich solar panels (400 watts) and controller, two 100 AH 12 volt Battle Born lithium batteries and a 2200 watt Gaindale inverter. The LiFePO4 batteries have longer life and are safer than other lithium battery options. Climate Control: The van is insulated (ceiling, walls & floor) with Thinsulate. It has a Airxcel gas furnace, with thermostat, for heating. There are two celing fans (Maxxfan) and a wall fan for cooling. The venting/circulating Maxxfans are thermostat controlled. The wall fan has a timer. Garage: The garage offers a large storage space (6 ft. long x 32 in. high). It includes the space and hardware to mount a bike and shovel, with ample room for outside furniture and camping gear.
