Up for sale is my FULLY-LOADED 2016 Roadtrek Zion built on Ram Promaster High Roof EXT 3500 Chassis. This van has served me well on many adventures near and far. However, my circumstances changed recently and I'm unable to use the van as much as planned. I lived in it full-time for 4 months and have taken it on some epic adventures but it's now time to pass it along to the next Vanlifer adventurer! This Van has EVERYTHING you need to hit the road safely today! There have been some significant upgrades and custom work done to ensure its peak performance and style. With 143,682 miles on the clock (which will increase slightly as I do still use it occasionally for trips), the van’s engine and transmission are in excellent shape. These vans are build for high mileage and I have meticulous records of all maintenance and repairs done by reputable dealers. Everything mechanically has been kept up to date and it is running great! The van recently passed smog and has a clean title and up-to-date registration here in California, making it ready for the road. In terms of functionality, it has a newly upgraded sink and stove made more practical for everyday use, with beautiful butcher block countertops. The kitchen boasts a new sink, faucet, burners and a MaxxAir fan for better ventilation. Magnetic spice rack and built-in Microwave. You will LOVE the huge 5 cu ft 12-volt refrigerator with freezer that is placed at eye level! Recent upgrades include new Bilstein struts & strut mounts with the Van Compass 1.5-inch leveling kit, all-around brakes and rotors, axles, tie rods, ball joints, both control arms, Sumo spring in the back, Method 701 wheels with BFGoodrich KO2 tires (only about 5000 miles on them). These tires are so nice and can get you through all sorts of terrain while giving the van a beautiful look! Tons of storage throughout the entire van, perfect for full-time living or someone who has lots of gear needed for their adventures! The bed is full-size and fixed and there is tons of underbed storage room. The mattress and toppers make the bed super comfy and cozy to sleep in. You can watch movies on the projector from the bed! Open up all the doors for fresh air while in laying in bed. You don't need to worry about bugs because there are Living in a Bubble Brand bug screens to keep them out! The screens are great and give you extra privacy. A newly installed FOGATTI Instashower 8 Plus hot water heater for the indoor shower and newly replaced outdoor shower. The van is equipped with 2 new 100 amp hour Battle Born lithium batteries and a Renogy 60 amp DC-to-DC charger, alongside the 2 standard AGM 100 amp batteries with its own UHG for easy charging. The van comes fully loaded with everything you could possibly need for your adventures, shore power hook-ups, air conditioning, mood-lighting, and even a projector you can use inside or for outdoor movie nights under the stars. Bring two bikes securely along with the newly installed Thule Elite Van XT Bike Rack. The Radio is an upgraded JVC with Apple Car Play and Android Auto Capabilities and built in Back-up camera with sensor that beeps when you get too close to objects behind you. If you're new to vanlife I will make sure you have all the info you need to get started, including what useful apps to download to make your life easier while on the road. There are only a couple of minor things needing fixing at this time, the power awning gets stuck when coming out, I never use it, so it wasn't a priority for me to fix. The other thing, is the external shore power outlet needs to be refastened as it was knocked loose on my last trip. The power outlet still works, the screws just fell out. I have it fastened in a Macgyver way at the moment. There are some small paint blemishing in the front bumper, but otherwise this van is a gem!
