(Boat) Van has made 3 trips to Colorado in winter for month of skiing and other small trips in Fl. Cost of materials for the build was over 9k list available with costs. We use state park campgrounds. If you want to live off grid you need a water tank and pump. $200-$400 bucks depending on quality and size of tank. Water line is already there. There is no shower, you could add outside shower if wanted to.
