Custom Campervan for Sale - Sleeps 4, Fully Equipped, and Road-Trip Ready! THE BASICS • We purchased this van in early 2020 with 47,500 miles. • Most of the conversion was done in 2020, but some parts are more recent. For example the fridge is brand new, and the entire electrical system was replaced a couple of years ago. We've just given the interior a lick of paint and overall it's in great shape. AVAILABILITY • The van is in Richmond,CA right now and available for viewing until March 7th, but it won't be available for sale until the week of April 20–27, 2025, with some flexibility if needed. • We’ll be driving it from California to the East Coast during a family road trip, adding 3,000–5,000 miles.  • We’re motivated to sell before moving overseas so if you're genuinely interested we can figure something out. Delivery options include meeting at an airport for inspection or arranging transport back to California (we estimate about $2500 for this) If any issues arise during the trip, we’ll ensure they are resolved before the sale. THE CONVERSION • Designed to sleep 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. ◦ Rear sofa/dinette converts into a bed (75.5” wide, or 6’3.5”) with a Lagun-style tabletop. ◦ Bunk beds in the cab for two children. These are cabunck beds and the bottom one is fully enclosed so an infant/toddler can sleep in it. This easily zips off. • Fully insulated: rigid foam in the floor and Havelock wool in the walls and ceiling. • Standing room: 73.5” (6’1.5”) – comfortable for someone up to 6’1”. FEATURES Kitchen: • Countertop with sink and drawers. • Freshwater: 16-gallon tank with Shurflo 3GPM pump and accumulator. • Gray water: Approx. 5-gallon tank with an electronically controlled drain valve (switch inside the van). Electrical • 160W solar panel with Epever Triron2210N charge controller (Bluetooth-enabled). • 200Ah LiFePO4 battery (2560Wh). • Renogy 2000W pure sine wave inverter with remote control on the counter. • Renogy 40A DC-DC charger with on/off switch for charging while driving. • Battery monitor with Bluetooth control (disables inverter in cold or over-current conditions). • Fridge: 33-quart drawer-style fridge, Bluetooth-controlled. Seating • Both front seats have swivel bases and lowered mounts. • Dual rear seats on quick-release rails, compatible with car seats. Comfort and Extras • Arctic Tern insulated sliding door window with blind and bug guard. • Step and handle at the sliding door for easy entry. • Diesel heater under the passenger seat (diesel tank under the hood). • MaxxAir fan (Model 05100K). • Ample storage: cabinets above the bed, garage space under the bed, and a long tube for bunk bed storage. • Upgraded audio system: new speakers, tweeters, and a removable subwoofer under the driver’s seat. • Dimmable ceiling lights and task lighting for the bed, kitchen, and garage. SERVICE HISTORY • Regular oil and filter changes with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum Full Synthetic 5W-20. • New tires @ 52k miles (January 2021). • Transmission fluid and filter @ 56k miles (March 2021). • Half shafts/CV joints replaced under warranty @ 57k miles (April 2021). • Air and cabin filters @ 57k miles (April 2021). • Spark plugs and ignition coils (August 2022). • New battery (January 2023). THE LESS-THAN-PERFECT BITS • The driver’s door hinge uses nylon webbing to prevent it from swinging open too far. This is purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect functionality. • The passenger-side mirror has a crack. If this is a concern, we can replace it before the sale. • The original stereo power button doesn’t work, but we’ve added a functional replacement button. This van has been a beloved part of our family adventures, and we’re excited for it to bring joy to its next owner. It has a clean title, with no loans.
