Sold - 2020 Ram Promaster City -2021 Cascade Camper Conversion

This is a Ram 2020 SLT, (purchased new Jan 2021), with a Cascade Camper conversion Feb 2021. The van is in excellent condition- no oil consumption issues and maintained by single owner, 39k miles. 2 new tires in 2024, 2 key fobs. All original Cascade camper build (replacement house battery from Cascade in 2022) with solar and house battery system to run lights, faucet, 12v outlets and inverter and dometic brand fridge. Comfortable couch/ fold out bed system works great. Windows (with magnetic curtains) on all sides with side windows that open installed with the Cascade camper conversion (create a nice cross breeze), dometic fridge with cover, 2 roof vent fans allow for airflow when open. The house battery system I have used for remote work (using the inverter to power a laptop), the battery system is charged by the solar panel or when driving. This has been such a fun adventure van, we are selling due to expanding our family- need a third seat! Will be sold with: 2 weathertec floor mats for front footwells 1 Trickle charger (for use when storing in a garage for an extended period to maintain the house battery). Snow chains. Overall condition: Very good- maintained by single owner, no pets or smoking in the vehicle, the front seats have had seat covers on so are in perfect condition, and weathertec mats have kept the front floor area clean. Clean CARFAX report- guaranteed not a lemon etc, minor damage (parking), title in hand. There is a minor dent in the top of the rear door (campsite had a low hanging branch), this is cosmetic (no issues with door seal etc).
