Turns out Gradlife is not compatible with Vanlife, and my graduate student budget is not allowing me to keep it while paying rent. The van is in good mechanical shape for its mileage (most of its miles are interstate miles). I can provide carfax for more details on the logged work. I had it pre-purchase inspected at an authorized sprinter shop and took care of any recommended maintenance. Between 21-23 mpg (Highway driving) I also just did a full transmission service and oil change (900$) so that should be good for another 10K and 50K miles. About the build * Built out for Minnesota winter so well-insulated * Custom-made black-out magnetic window covers * Laminated floor * Diesel heater connected to diesel tank * Long twin bed (with the possibility to pull it out and make it ~full). I’m 5’10 and can easily sleep fully extended * Kitchen with manual pump * Grey water and drinking water system * 200 Ah Battery system * 500 Wh solar panels * 3000 W inverter * Spacious domestic fridge/freezer * Three large cupboards * Starlink set * Maxx air fan Not the prettiest build but it does the trick especially if you are good at making it cozy. In addition, it takes less than an 30 minutes to remove kitchen and bed There are certainly things I’ve missed here so please let me know of any questions.
