Delivered to owner via truck transport in March 2021. --Van has been garaged when not in use. Fits in standard garage. See photo. No accidents. Van has had regular maintenance exclusively by local Nissan dealership. Van is still under warranty through Nissan for engine and body (not the van upfit fixtures and features built by Recon Campers). --Pop top roof provides 7 feet of headroom. Easy to lift and bring down by one person. --1000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter, converts 12 volt DC to 110 volt AC for use with small appliances (700W or less) --Victron Bluetooth Smart Battery Monitor (phone app) for real-time battery status. --LED dimmable interior lights --Bed system including a two-passenger rear seat belt and bed that is 42” wide by 72" long, with 3 point seat belts. Folds into an almost full size bed and has an upper bed in pop top area that is 40” wide x 83” long with a 350 pound weight limit. --Storage areas include 2 drawers under the rear seat, a drawer under the sink, a tambour door closet with shelves, 2 rear cabinets with shelves, and a large rear chest. There is some storage under the seat accessed through the rear and there is a small drawer under the front passenger seat.
