Seller's Description

**(Note: Van is located in Calgary Alberta, Canada) we’ve lowered the price by $5000 to accommodate the import fees to the USA and have an importer available who has done the process several times Successfully. This campervan is designed to live in comfort with ability to be off grid for a long time. Some features: - 420 Watt Bi facial solar panel - Victron 2000VA multiplus inverter - Victron DC-DC charging - Victron Solar Charge Controller - Canbat 300 Amp Hours of lithium battery (tons of life left. More than 100 years) - Propane cook stove with 20lbs tank - Scopema Swivel Seats on driver and passenger - Seperette Tiny Toilet - Bison 2000A heater (Gas, runs off vehicle tank) - Novakool fridge… MASSIVE! enough food for two people for a week or more. - Beautiful roof rack by RDC with light bar. - vinyl flooring - Havelock wool used on walls and roof, 1 inch of Styrofoam board on floor - 30 Gallon Water tank - cold water only to sink, hot water heater on back door for outdoor shower. Someone could upfit it to work for the sink also quite easily - Sumo Springs on front and back for added stability - The van still has Warranty until Feb 2025 and is in the shop getting everything updated to mint condition. Although we babied it as it was our full-time home for two years. - Synthetic oil changes every 6000KM. - maxxair fan (no remote) - Custom fitted window covers for all windows in front, sides, and back. - water spigot at back for dog or bike wash. The roof is high enough to fit someone 6’2 feet without hitting your head in most spots. The bed is a sideways sleeping arrangement and is best suited for one or two people under 5’10 ideally. One taller person could sleep at an angle and fit also. It is 72 inches across with the 6 inch mattress. If you go to a 4 inch it would be 73 inches across. The back window has a slider so you can open it to allow for a nice airflow from front to back through the fan. All the cabinetry was built in minimal fashion so it’s light weight. We used Baltic birch plywood for the walls, lower cabinets, and more. Pine for upper cabinets. The van weight is 8200 empty. The GVRW is 9500 on this van so fully loaded it’s around 8500-8900. Meaning we didn’t overbuild it and it’s within the allowable limit to be insured. The van handles incredibly well and is a great driver. Although its Rear wheel drive, with the Cooper AT3 tires we got through anything and never needed anything more. Even got out of deep mud and drove through a few snow storms no problem. The entire build was done with “future repairs” and upgrades in mind so the entire walls are modular and can be removed easily without removing all the lower cabinets or bed. Meaning you can fix or upgrade anything easily if required down the road. Anything else, feel free to ask! Might not have listed everything. We loved travelling in this and living in it. We had two people and two dogs. We designed it as an “open concept” from front to back with maximized space for working, socializing, and movement within the van. Meaning, we put no large walls up so the space feels long and large. We also have TONS of storage space. This would be perfect for someone who wants to bring lots with them in terms of gear. We had a paddle board, Starlink, tools, workout weights, box of random things, fishing poles, chairs, mats, and so much more. We also have a table top oven you can have which works amazing! Lastly, the only con is there are some scratches on the cabinets from the dogs paws. This could be easily fixed by sanding and painting if desired. The grey water tank is a simple 5 gallon water jug under the sink so that also is an easy remove and dump system. Keeping it like this avoids the need to visit dedicated dump stations. Happy to FaceTime anyone for the tour. We’re located in Calgary AB Canada. It passed inspection here and was certified as an RV which is hard to do here! It’s been built to pass any certification by common DIY insurers.
