2012 Nissan NV2500 HD Roadtrek Pop Top Camper Van. This is the standard factory produced Roadtrek NAV-6 Active layout. Roadtrek took a 2012 Nissan NV-2500 cargo van and converted it to a camper van. The fourth rear seat has been removed to open up the cabin, but comes with the van and is in perfect condition. These were very limited in production- there are only a handful listed currently. Overall, the exterior is in great shape with a few scuffs- primarily on the front bumper and rear doors. The netting on the pop tup is torn in some spots as well, but the canvas behind it is in perfect condition so there are no leaks. Very functional floor plan, drives just like a large van, and can be parked in most communities. Gas mileage is about 14/city and 17/highway. Towing capacity of 9,000 lbs as well. All systems work- AC/Heat, inverter, water, water heater, microwave, electric cooler and pop-up. Mattress in the pop-up is relatively new. Also included are a set of front and side weather-tech sunshades, shore power cable, and a table that can be put in the middle of the cabin area. Motor was replaced in 2020 (has about 23,000 miles on it) and the catalytic converters were replaced in October 2023. Engine runs smoothly. The hotel batteries were replaced last year and the main battery was replaced last month. Background on the motor: the water pump failed at about 70,000 miles and by the time the previous owner pulled over, the heat warped the engine block and filled it with coolant. All work on the van was performed by Nissan Master mechanics and at Nissan dealerships. I am the third owner and had big plans for the van, but realized now isn’t the right time and would like to see someone else enjoy it.
