If you’re not ready to make a purchase, do not ask to see it. Let’s not waste my time or yours. Thanks. I purchased this van just this past October. I build out campers as a part time job/ full time hobby, so my intention from the beginning was to resell it. The van is in beautiful shape. The previous owners took great care of it. It was even garage kept and doesn’t have any faded paint. I have all the maintenance paperwork in a folder from the original owner. It of course has some dings and scratches being as old as it is, but overall it’s in great shape. I bought it in Tucson and built it out here in Gilbert. The front tires were pretty worn so I had 2 new ones put on. The rear are still in good shape. I’ve done some minor preventative maintenance: replaced the air filter, breather filter, IAC valve, PCV valve, and cleaned the carbon buildup off the throttle body. All things to ensure it’s getting the best mpg possible. There is a small oil leak that I’ve been keeping an eye on. I’m not sure where it’s coming from, but it’s evident from some residue underneath. I haven’t needed to top it off at all, but it is something to be aware of. The brakes may need to be serviced soon. They’re functioning properly and not making any scraping/scratching noises or anything, but they feel soft. Not a major concern yet, but again, something to be aware of. The AC compressor is noisier than I’d imagine it’s supposed to be, but I haven’t had any issues with it. AC and heat both work great. The camper electronics are fully isolated from the rest of the van’s factory electronics. 200 Watts Solar 100 AH Lithium Battery 1100 Watt Inverter 20 Amp Charge Controller 24” TV/monitor 12 Volt accessories: LED lights on dimmer switch, sink pump, camper chest fridge, motion-activated cabinet lights, USB and cigarette outlets, MAXXAIR vent fan. This is a low height van, so the ceiling is about 4 feet. The ceiling and floor are insulated with foam board. The walls have factory insulation matting. Curtains for privacy all the way around, as well as tinted windows. There’s a second outlet behind the fridge under the bed if you’re wanting to get a second fridge/freezer put in for more long-term living. The sink can be lifted and brought out the back of the van for an outdoor kitchen setup. Open space under the bed provides lots of storage area in addition to the cabinets. Automatic windows and locks. Includes the original key fob. Cruise control. Very comfortable front seats. Please be mindful that this is being sold first come/first served. I’ve had individuals in the past be very adamant that they’re coming to see a camper and turned away other potential buyers, just to have things fall through with the person that said they were going to buy it. If someone comes to see it before you’re able to and they’re ready to buy, I will sell it to that person. The only exception will be if you’re coming from out of state and we work out some kind of deposit.
