King-size bed, wiring for lighting, fan, etc. Fully insulated, and most of the interior siding is complete. Some finish work to make it your own or we can gut it at the time of sale. The walls and floor have a few layers- first a layer of Kilmat (noise reducer), then a moisture barrier, then a thin layer of thinsulate insulation (non toxic) and a layer of Reflectix for added climate control. Thin plywood paneling for the walls. Tongue and groove wood for the ceiling. We opted for thinner, lighter layers to minimize the amount of inside space that would be compromised by a thicker foam/insulation.
