Seller's Description
Behold our beloved Homy. We bought this 1994 Nissan Homy from an importer two years ago and spent an entire summer up in Vermont ripping out the back and building a fully custom camper setup using beautiful Vermont maple wood. It is right-hand drive, it's diesel, it has low miles, a large sunroof, two 100-watt solar panels, a Bluetti AC180 portable power station which can be removed easily. We added a double door fridge/freezer combo. It has a swivel table for eating/writing. A hutch with bungee cables to keep everything secure. Plenty of storage. Commercial grade roof racks and a full metal basket for storage. We took a very thick mattress and cut it into sections and then sewed some cool green corduroy around it. The mattress sleeps two easily and is incredibly comfortable. My wife and I drove it over 10,000 miles around the entire US, and we never had any problems with it whatsoever. It drives like a dream and gets decent mileage due to the diesel. It's fully registered in the US with a clean Louisiana title in hand. I also kept a copy of all of the import paperwork in the event your DMV gives you a hard time (which they likely will). When we returned home from our trip, I put four new Michelin tires on it and gave it a fresh oil change. It's not the newest and baddest van on the block, but it's certainly the coolest, and will give you a ton of looks. We feel as though the trip we made it in gave us the memories we wanted, and it's now time for this van to give someone else the memories they deserve.
