Seller's Description
2021 Ram Promaster 2500 136WB Approximately 34,000 miles with 136WB, fits in standard size parking spaces, drives like a car, and makes it easier to stealth camp and blend in well with other parked vehicles. Ram Promaster 2,500 has a max towing capacity of 6,700lbs and a payload of 4,130lbs. Trailer tow hitch receiver already installed and ready to tow! Custom built by Brooklyn Campervans. You can live 100% off the grid anywhere you wish. From camping off the grid in National forests/parks to stealth camping in big cities, this van has just about every modification/addition that you need to live comfortably. The only thing installed by the original owner was the no-drill prime design ladder on the back driver side door, and two ring cameras on each side of the van, which can be easily removed. Everything inside works perfectly. All parts in the van have been placed in a way that if a part of a device were to break, it is easily accessible and can easily be replaced or repaired. I absolutely love the van, but I have decided to settle down and search for an apartment. The adventures the van have allowed me to pursue are unforgettable, but I would like to experience other aspects of my life outside of four wheels. She is in great condition and has zero mechanical problems. At only 34,000 miles she is still covered under warranty. There is a current manufacturer recall on Ram Promasters made from 2019-2021 which involves some vans having an issue with the park pawl not fully engaging the park gear due to debris. This van has never had any issues with the park pawl. Any issues would be fully covered by the manufacturer. I have lived in the van for over four months and the previous owner only lived in the van for two years during travel assignments. Understandably, there is a little bit of interior cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear, but nothing that can’t be easily fixed with paint and a little TLC. Previous owner had a small slow speed car accident in this van, but everything was 100% repaired, and only involved the front bumper/hood area of the vehicle. Some of my favorite features: > The custom electrical system works amazingly. It charges with the solar panels and while I’m driving and can plug it into a regular outlet. I have never felt like there are not enough batteries or enough solar panels. Having three Renogy 200AH batteries, total 600AHs, two 175-Watt solar panels and one 100 Watt panel on the roof (to accommodate the small MaxxAir Fan Dome in the shower/bathroom area). The IC3000 Go-Power Inverter Charge (upgraded/installed 08/2024) helps run the hot water heater to whatever temperature you like. With a 9000W peak power you can run a washing machine. > A device that allows you to charge your house batteries at an EV J1772 charging station. Used most frequently by the previous owner during Washington state winters when it would rain daily and not have much solar charging time (there are a lot of free EV charging stations in cities, you can find them using EV charging apps) > The shower within the van is a bonus and great for after work, after workouts, or after adventures. The 40 Gallon water tank lasts way longer than I thought it would before I started vanlife. You can take multiple showers and rarely need to refill the water tank. This way you won’t have to always worry about how much water you’re using or how much water you have left, as much as other vanlifers do. I also added a hot water heater to my build which I used mostly during the winter. > With both the Webasto heater and the Dometic 12v RTX 2000 A/C you do not have to chase the weather to live comfortably in any state or season. - The heater warns the van in about two minutes to a comfortable temperature. The webasto heater runs off the gas in the vans tank, but it uses such a small amount it’s not noticeable. - During the summer the 12V Dometic RTX 2000 was the love of my life, it is 12V and has an eco-mode option which is great if you're off the grid and not getting a lot of solar. It was great after being outside in the wilderness during a hot summer's day hiking or doing my vanlife chores >Toilet is a Wrappon Trekker WT-4 portable toilet. This toilet wraps and seals in your waste without using water. Each film comes with ~50 uses. It is clean and like new, it is a $1,600 portable toilet and will come with the van (if the buyer wishes). > Insulation window covers for each window, including a windshield cover. There are also curtains installed which I used to quickly cover the windshield if I didn’t feel like using the big windshield cover. The curtains can be easily removed. The window covers help insulate the van; it also helps with stealth camping. With all the covers on, you cannot see what is going on inside, even with the lights on, giving you complete privacy. The driver and passenger side windows are deeply tinted, so you cannot be seen at all. > Also, within and included is: - microwave (new, lightly used) - full size memory foam 6” mattress (new, lightly used) - two rear, back door openable screened windows, I have not had the chance to have installed. This will allow you to have some more air flow in the van. - new induction burner electric stove top - used butane stove top and small propane grill as well, if buyer wishes. - brand new water hose and water filter, to refill the water tank - backup camera - wide heated mirrors with blind spot and cross path detection.
