2000 Ford e450 bus 215599 miles 7.3 turbo diesel 21’ bumper to bumper 6’2 Interior height 7.5’x14.5’ “living quarters” New tags New fuel filter New batteries(2) Clean title Hello:)) This was my home for two and half years and I’m hoping to sell it to someone who wants to do similar. It’s got a lot of life left and was quite reliable, taking me all through Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona with no trouble. Please contact me with any questions, I’m happy to send whatever pictures or videos or FaceTime. I just wanna find it a good home (contact info at bottom) Some background__ Previous owners So I am technically the third owner, but in terms of mileage, the second. The man I bought it from had purchased it from a third party bus driver(Oregon), as in he was employed by multiple school districts in a rural area to pick up out of district students. He still had to preform and provide proof of regular maintenance even though the bus was not owned by a school. But back to the person I got it from, he bought it in hopes of converting it into a toyhauler/camper combo, but decided he didn’t have the time for a project that size. He had it about a month or two before reselling and added no miles, but did take out the seats, and had the wheelchair lift professionally removed. Mechanical and body__ I just had an in shop inspection done 10/22/24, and it came back with a good bill of health. It’s about due for an oil change, the transmission may need flushed in the future, and the tires could be replaced in the next couple thousand miles, but mechanically, great condition and sound as hell. I did recently have an issue with the power draining rapidly while sitting, but discovered it was the battery shut off switch not properly switching over. It was a 20 minute part change and now the issue has resolved. In that same vein, while traveling there were two instances of the battery terminal connecter not making contact with the battery, so I replaced one side, the problem resolved. The other terminal is perfectly functional and fitting, just little beat up looking (7$ part found at any auto shop). There is a small seal leak in the rear side door, but I’ve only noticed it during heavy rains. I did replace the foam, but it was the wrong size so didn’t do much. Other than that, the windows are very nicely tinted and all seal properly. Very minimal to no rust on undercarriage, (surface only) no holes or erosion. The right headlight is out, but all other lights work. No fogging on the covers. Functionality wise, everything was reliable and worked. It’s got a strong engine, it drives well and comfortably, it’s got a proper alignment, the brakes feel good. I personally feel the main issues are aesthetic. I had no intention of a full conversion because I am not a camper, everything I do travel wise is urban, so I never put much effort into the interior or conversion. But, that does mean you’ve got a nice blank slate for whatever build you want. [contact info removed] [contact info removed]
