2006 Thomas Safe-T-Liner HDX Full Size School Bus- We bought this bus in January 2022 from the Mid Columbia Bus company when it was just 4 weeks off route, so it was well maintained throughout it's career. It has not been driven much since, as we have been working on it, but she starts and runs well! We did all the demolition of stripping the bus, and building it up into our dream home, but along the way we had a baby and changed jobs and realized that the bus dream might not be the life for us at this time. We put so many hours of time and blood, sweat, and tears into this bus, and we hope that someone else is able to use her to her fullest potential! Please reach out with any questions! Includes: -Cummins 7.2 L diesel Engine -Allison transmission -Right under 200k miles. -3/4 tank of diesel -new batteries as of 3/25 - Beautiful cedar tongue in groove ceiling (is 80% complete, just the area where the wood stove pipe is going is not compete the supplies to finish this are included.) - havelock wool insulation in the ceiling - vinyl waterproof flooring in all but the bathroom- (the needed flooring for the bathroom is included) - New Jotul Wood stove, with all of the needed pieces to install, If you are not interested in the wood stove we can adjust the price accordingly ($2,000 value) - Custom 14 foot roof rack with the potential for an amazing deck -LED canless smart lighting and switches/plug ins throughout the bus. -full size bed frame above the engine in the back -Lower kitchen cabinets from IKEA, Sage green color, custom corner cabinet framing is done. - Dometic Air-conditioner -Instant water heater (propane) 3.2 gal/min ($450 value) - bathroom: all plumbing is set up for an RV hookup, shower pan is in, sink is included but not installed, washer/dryer hookup, toilet flange installed. All of the lines are run to the storage bay under the bus- but are not yet connected to tanks etc. - 25 gal.
