Seller's Description
Thoughtful off-grid van build for two! Whether you want to be a weekend warrior or a full-time van lifer - this van will get it done. This was our home on the road post-covid for more than a year. Because of that, we took good care of her with check-ups, tire rotations, and synthetic oil changes every 7500-10k miles. Watch our TinyHomeTours video posted in this listing at the bottom! Less common selling/talking points: Tires: BFGoodrich KO2s are the best all-terrain tires on the market. With less than 10k miles on them, these should easily last another 40k. Free rotations are included at any discount tire. Lock system was built at every entry for optimal safety when sleeping. Tall Person Friendly: Zak is 6’, so the van was built to accommodate that height. He can stand tall, walk around, sit, and sleep comfortably. This is also why we got the high-roof. Though, if you are taller than 6ft I would recommend a sprinter or higher clearance. Two exterior showers: one from the swivel sink & one from our attachment hose. Simple Electrical/Plumbing Layout: All electrical/plumbing is on one side of the van and every connection is accessible from inside. Unique Queen size, convertible dinette- bed offers a space-saving design, with minimal conversion hassle and the opportunity to have over friends for a drink, a romantic dinner, or a nice place for remote working! A “Van Build Owner'' Manual will be passed to the new owner with diagrams of our electrical & plumbing set-up for future diagnosis if needed.
