Seller's Description
1994 Dodge Ram b-150 I started turning my b-150 van into a camper van a year and a half ago. It is a good reliable van. There a few things that are good to know about the van. First the van only has two doors, the driver door and the passenger door. It did have the a sliding door and a rear cargo door. I sealed them off for a few reasons, the gaskets on them were rotted out and I couldn’t find an identical replacement. But the larger reason I sealed them off is I wanted to utilize the space and make the space winter proof. I designed this van for myself to live in during the winter in Maine. It gets well below freezing here for months and the side a rear door would be useless anyways and there’s a lot more space inside now that I got rid of those doorways. The layout of the vans living space is as follows; on the passenger side a bench/bed that when in bed form is 75.5”x32”, on the drivers side is a countertop with shelves. At the end of the counter is a ICECO fridge/freezer. This van averages 15 Miles to the gallon, 17 miles to the gallon highway driving. The fuel tank holds 22 gallons. The van mechanically has no issues. It is an old vehicle but has relatively low milage at 92,100. When I bought the van the fuel pump and radiator need to be replaced. I replaced both with brand new components and no the van runs great. It is not a fast vehicle but it is reliable. The van does not currently have a radio, they make replacement radios with bluetooth that are 100-200 dollars on amazon. The van has a robust electrical system with a 200Ah AGM battery, 2x100Amp panels, a 40 amp MPPT solar charge controller, a voltage relay that charges from the alternator, a 1500W sine wave inverter. For devices there are two lights and the ICECO fridge/freezer and a plugin outlet that plugs in to the inverter. The current system still has plenty of room to add circuits both ac and dc. As this van is 30 years old it is not a requirement in the state of Maine to have the title to sell the vehicle. That being said I do not have the title. In the state of Maine a bit of sale is all that is required for the transfer of ownership for a vehicle older 26 years and older. If you need the title for your state I am willing to get a replacement title through the DMV.
