Seller's Description
Hey guys selling my camper van, had it for 6 months and drove it across country and had a great time with it. It’s configured for one person but could seat 2 if you installed a passenger seat again. The guy I bought it from built it himself so it's very much a DIY-quality build but it's quite functional. PROS: Clean and clear title in hand Reliable engine and transmission No check engine light - lights on dash are for pass side seat removal and the tire pressure sensor system which is not working Solid frame, just cosmetic rust Just under 85,000 miles will go up a bit as I'm shopping for a small replacement car Good electrical system - 200 amp battery is wired to charge off engine and 2x200w solar panels. Comes with a renogy 1000W inverter that can run basically everything in the van at once, except the stove which I set to 900W. New front brake pads New (as of July this year) fluid changes including engine coolant, transmission fluid, oil changes kept current, etc. New engine air intake hose, new cabin and engine air filters Roomy enough for 1 camper: I am 6'4 and seat height and position and lie flat room are all plenty I gorilla taped a screen over left cargo door that works great, also comes with 2 front door window screens that a custom to this van. Plenty of air flow with the 2 fans with no bugs Insulated floor and roof allowed for camping from anywhere from 35 to 85 F overnight as long as your willing to rough it a bit. CONS: Needs some basic maintenance items that I will get done depending on how fast it sells: new tires, rear brake shoes are squeaking, driver side door latch makes an annoying buzzing when you unlock it Cosmetic wear and tear - pervious owner says someone backed into the front pumper while the van was parked, see photos for front right damage. Comes with expected dings and scratches in the paint for a van this age Rust on the side skirts, mostly left side of the van, not noticeable from distance, is noticeable up close I've reduced this price to 12.5k from the 15k I bought it for to help get new tires, and rear brakes and about 500 to fix the door buzzing Not a lot of horsepower - this van is happiest on long cross countries at about 68 in the slow lane with the trucks :) Included items: Twin size tri fold mattress with a firm/soft side 12V sealflo water pump MaxAir overhead fan that works great Additional 12V plug in fan 12V fridge - works well for any grocery items Also, if you pay for my return trip, I could drive this van anywhere to you for delivery.
