2019 RAM Promaster 3500 van fully built out for two to live in full time. We’ve lived in this home for 4.5 years with two cats and two small dogs. We are currently still in it while we build another rig and this will be available come December. We purchased it brand new in August 2019 and have recently paid it off, just waiting for the title to arrive in the mail. It’s FWD and gets about 12 mpg. We have towed a 5’x8’ trailer for about half of the time we’ve been in it. We are travel builders helping others with their builds while on the road. •Cab is walled off for temperate control for ourselves and animals •Installed only two small windows on each side of the van towards the back •Fully insulated with Havelock wool and 1” polyiso insulation board for the diving wall and window plugs •Full size murphy bed converts into two benches when put up. The closet has a lot of space for hanging clothes with some folded space below. Shelf space above it •Separate shower room doubles as a private toilet room. CompoCloset Cuddy toilet. Retractable Nautilus shower door as well as a facade wood door that’s decorative but also adds a ton of storage. This door closes over the bathroom and hides it away. Most people come in here asking “where’s the toilet”? And “where do you sleep?” •(2) 160 watt Renogy solar panels Goal Zero Yeti 1500x all-in-one unit, Redodo 200ah LiPo4 battery and Renogy 50amp DC to DC / solar combo. Power system is stored inside bench on passenger side •Tile floor entry matches tile backsplash to a deep Blanco black bar sink, pull down faucet and two burner propane stove with glass cover •Large cabinet under the sink with ventless tankless water heater as well as plenty of storage space •Two large drawers and a small utensil drawer above another skinny garbage can drawer (all push to open drawer slides)
