AWARD WINNING 2019 RAM Promaster 3500 van fully built out to live in full time for two people PLUS animals! We won People’s Choice awards for Colorado Tiny Festival 2023 and People’s Fest 2022! Also AS SEEN ON TV we were featured in A&E’s Living Smaller show, episode 7 and All Who Wander on Amazon Prime! We purchased it brand new in August 2019 and have title in hand. It’s FWD and gets about 12 mpg. We have towed a 5’x8’ trailer for about half of the time we’ve been in it. We are travel builders helping others with their builds while on the road. We are the only owners and we built is so we can explain how everything works. •Cab is walled off for temperate control for ourselves and animals •Installed only two small windows on each side of the van towards the back •Fully insulated with Havelock wool and 1” polyiso insulation board for the diving wall and window plugs •Full size murphy bed converts into two benches when put up. Shelf space above bed area on the passenger side. Small alcove shelf next to bed. When bed is up, one window is covered. •20 gallon fresh water tank for drinking water, cooking and showering is stored inside bench on drivers side •25lb under-mount propane tank for Propex propane heater and Excel tankless ventless water heater •Two burner propane stovetop with glass cover. Our countertops are live edge honey locust wood covered in an epoxy river pour with abalone shells inside that were collected along our travels. •Maxxair fan towards the front of the van in front of the shower and two small windows on each side allows for ventilation throughout •Rooftop deck can fit 4 or 2 comfortably is made from a custom welded steel frame and African Sapele hardwood with a Prime Design ladder for roof access (no drill ladder is powder coated black and can be easily removed to put on either back door) •Inside of back doors have book shelves •Dometic 75-DZW chest style refrigerator inside a drawer below large closet holds A LOT of food. It was recently replaced and is still under warranty. The closet has a lot of space for hanging clothes with some folded space below. Shelf space above it •Separate shower room doubles as a private toilet room. CompoCloset Cuddy toilet. NEW urine diverter inside, never used. Retractable Nautilus shower door for privacy when in use. A facade wood door that’s decorative hides this space when not in use but also adds a ton of storage. •(2) 160 watt Renogy solar panels Goal Zero Yeti 1500x all-in-one unit, Redodo 200ah LiPo4 battery and Renogy 50amp DC to DC / solar combo. Power system is stored inside bench on passenger side •Tile floor entry matches tile backsplash to a deep Blanco black bar sink, pull down faucet •Large cabinet under the sink with Xcel ventless tankless water heater as well as plenty of storage space. Front cut-out hole is for ventilation •Two large drawers, small utensil drawer above garbage drawer (push to open drawer slides)
