Seller's Description
2020 Ford Transit High Top Extended RWD. First owner with clean title in hand. No accidents and no mechanical issues. Up to date on all maintenance. This is a fantastic van that I’m so sad to part with (I got a new job that I have to be in-person for in a large city). The van has a full kitchen with a large 12-volt DC fridge, a large kitchen sink, and a propane oven with 3 burners. The kitchen also has a drop leaf that adds an extra 20 inches of counter space. The propane tank is stored in an airtight propane box at the back of the van and uses a standard 20-pound propane tank that last months. The water system has a 40-gallon fresh water tank, a 3-gallon hot water heater, and a 20-gallon grey water tank. There are sensors on the fresh and grey tanks so you always know what the levels are. The sensors are located above the sliding door. Van has a full indoor shower and an outdoor shower. A Nature’s Head composting toilet and retractable clothesline are in the shower to make the most of the bathroom space. As a solo female traveler, safety while traveling was one of my top priorities. The van is equipped with 360-degree cameras on all 4 sides of the van that can be viewed from the monitor at the front of the van. This camera system is useful when parking in tight spaces or to see what is happening around the van at night. Each door also has a secondary lock on it for extra peace of mind 3-inch thick spray foam was used in the walls, roof, and floor for insulation. The van also has a Webasto gasoline heater connected directly into the van’s gas tank and is housed under the passenger seat. The passenger seat swivels to create additional seating. A Lagun table mount is used for the table in the bench area so that it can easily swivel or be disconnected. The van’s electrical system can be charged three different ways: solar, while driving (the electrical system is connected to the vehicle’s alternator and charges anytime it is running), or being plugged in at a house or a campground. The electrical system is equipped with 3 100amp hour lithium Battle Born batteries, a 3000 watt Victron inverter, 630 watts of solar panels (3 panels on the roof that are 210watts each), and a Sterling 60amp battery to battery charger (connects to the vehicle’s alternator to charge the electrical system while driving). The battery levels can be checked at the monitor that is located above the sliding door or through the Victron app. The van has a MaxxAir fan that doubles as a fan and an exhaust. I decided not to put an AC unit in the van because its large power draw would make it usable only when I’m plugged in at campsites. The van has ample storage throughout, and the back storage area under the bed can fit bikes, skis, and snowboards. The van also has waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. The van also comes with $600 in window covers every window, a fresh water hose, a gray water dump hose, and leveling blocks so that it’s ready to hit the road.
