Seller's Description

2017 Ford Transit 150 rwd with medium roof and short wheel base for easy driving and parking, plus great gas mileage. Rated most reliable cargo van, and only ~53,000 miles driven! Clean title, newly registered/smog checked, all maintenance records available. We are sad to sell, but are having a baby and there is nowhere to put a car seat! Turn-key, clean as a whistle, and professionally built to be easy to use and maintain with the following features: Worried about running out of power? There is a 160 watt solar with MPPT solar controller and VertaMax Pure Sine Wave 1500 watt (3000 watt surge) 12 volt power inverter. PLUS! 2 marine deep cycle 75 amp alternator powered batteries, so driving will power you back up on gloomy days! The breaker panel was designed to be easy-to use and fix should something trip. There is also a shore power plug for using campground power so you’ll never run out! Want to keep clean? The massive 20 gallon fresh water tank connected to the sink will keep you and your dishes feeling clean without having to constantly refill. Pull-out faucet allows you to rinse off outside as well. Open location under the cabinet to slide-in toilet as well (not included, for obvious reasons!). All about the ~vibes~ and ~temps~? The roof vent fan and slide-opening side window create a beautiful cross/breeze, or open the side door and drop the mosquito nets down for a porch-like feel. Front and back windows and the moon roof over the bed (great for stargazing!) bring in a ton of natural light, or can be covered up with included curtains and reflectix to keep it nicely insulated. A van-run blast of heat or AC will keep - in the walls are Nico sound-deadening material and two layers of Reflectix with denim and fiberglass insulation to regulate temperature and keep it nice and quiet for sleeping. Speaking of sleeping! At night, cozy into your 8in memory foam bed with bump outs on both sides so a 6’ tall person could sleep comfortably. Twinkle lights, dimmable ceiling lights, and a reading light create an atmosphere that would make the grinch’s heart grow. Plus, charge your phones/tablets with conveniently placed USB outlets! It even comes with an iPad mount to watch your favorite shows. Work remotely? Grab a stool and sit at the desk counter in front of the side window, or turn the swivel passenger seat around and use the pull-up table for two (the electric cooler doubles as a stool, too!) Worried about storage? The top-opening electric refrigerator/freezer (33 liters) fits more than a front-opening fridge so you can bring those extra meals. There are two drawers on either side of the desk opening, 1 large drawer under the bed that fits 4 large duffel bags full of clothes, 2 seaktek organizers on the walls, and 9 open shelves under all the countertops to maximize space. Not enough? Accessible from the back is a massive storage space for everything else! Our favorite feature though is all the large cupholders in the cockpit :) Love to adventure? There’s a ladder with a 2-bike rack, 2 vantech roof rack bars to carry all your toys & extra storage needs, or hook up a trailer to the hitch with 5,400 towing capacity. The large all-weather tires and shorter wheel base will keep you cruising off the beaten path to that free campsite without a problem. Or park it in a regular parking space and look inconspicuous! We’ve maintained her well and never had an engine issues or ‘car trouble’ of any kind, so you can drive stress-free. Worried about safety? This van is equipped with a smoke/carbon monoxide detector and propane sensor for the detached propane heater. No propane lines means no chance of scary gas leaks. The propane stove is also detached so you can cook outside or in front of the open window (and it doesn’t take up valuable counterspace when not in use!). We've had the best memories with this van and are looking for a caring owner. Located in Denver Central Park - happy to show anytime and take for a test drive so you can see what an easy rider it is. Great for camping, fishing trips, cross-country travel, or whatever suits you! Make us an offer and your van life dreams can come true!
