Simple, highly functional roomy interior, and lots of storage. Great for solo traveler. Floor has microcell foam under ¾” plywood subfloor. Final layer is single sheet of high quality vinyl flooring held in place with tape strips at edges and center. Sliding and back door openings have custom stainless steel trim to seal the floor edges. Van has been sound dampened with kilmat. Walls, wheel wells and ceiling insulated with 3M Thinsulate SM600L 1 ½ inch thick. Bed is a REI inflatable 72x43x4 mattress. R value of 6.6, plenty warm even in freezing temperatures. Very easy to adjust firmness for various elevations of camping.Bed platform can easily be made wider by another 10” for a full-size bed. LED adjustable reading lights each with 1-USB port on either end of the bed. Storage under bed at back of van and within bed platform. Vertical floor to ceiling cabinet with 4 shelves on passenger side. Wall hooks for Jackets etc on cabinet on 3 sides. 22gal over the wheel well water tank is connected to kitchen sink and at back end of the van to an outdoor shower with 9’ hose with a Sureflow water pump. (shower curtain, shower tent 3x3x6 never used, included). Water tank also has another faucet with 3’ hose for gravity feed or to empty the tank. 25’ drinking water hose, water filter and faucet adapter. Bosch 1800W 2.5Gal hot water heater never connected. Water pipes are accessible to connect it. Plugs into Goal Zero. Kitchen has a 15x15” stainless sink and faucet with pull-out sprayer. 5gal greywater container under sink. The counter is 18” deep x 40" long. ½ folds up to access the Coleman 2 burner propane stove, powered by 5gal propane tank. (removable to cook outdoors as well) Kitchen cabinet has 3 drawers and has 2 sets of dishes and flatware, and cooking utensils. 1 - 10” frying pan, 1- 2quart pot, 1 small camping pot stainless. Electric hot water kettle 0.7L, mini rice cooker, cutting boards. 2 LED dimmable spot lights over kitchen counter. In Kitchen 2-110V outlets and 2 USB ports. Both front seats swivel. Lagun adjustable table. Under the bed is a rolling cabinet that pulls out for additional seating, doubles as a step to climb into bed and houses the ICECO 20L electric cooler with room for additional items or a larger cooler. Seat cushion included. Porta potty cabinet with Thetford porta potti 2.5 gal, with chemicals, doubles as extra seating area. All windows have magnetic Thinsulate and Low-E® Reflective Foam Core Insulation, black out covers. Window at bed tilts out and can stay open during rain. To close off the cab is a blackout curtain. Front driver and passenger windows have fabric full cover magnetic mosquito screens and metal louvered security screen inserts to keep windows open during rain and keep people or bugs out. Sliding door has magnetic mosquito screen. 7’x7’x7’ screen tent with floor to truly keep all bugs out. Comes with 2 extendable poles to put up the tent awning on one side (it has 4 sides with zippered tent walls that can be set up as awnings.) Brand new never used. 1 reclining full size camping chair. Low 18x18” folding table. 1 folding stepstool. 4 speed manual MaxAir fan, exhaust only over the bed. 1 Battery rechargeable and 1 USB mini fan complete the airflow. The van’s electrical system is powered by a 3000watt Goal Zero. It has 1-12V, 2-110V and 2-USB outlets. It is charged while driving, and when camping by 2-100watt solar panels. There is a shore plug on outside of van with the adapter for a household extension cord (included). Sadly, the installed Webasto gasoline heater needs to be cleaned. There are many youtube videos on how to do it, however not my skillset. The sale price reflects this problem. It is easily accessible for removal and service. Wall thermostat is by the bed. Included is a Mr. Heater propane heater and 20lb propane tank, which does work very well. There was also an installation problem with a second set of LED spotlights, they do not work, however the lights over the Kitchen counter and by the bed are more than enough light. The radio antenna was stripped off during a heavy snowfall and subsequent melt. Replacement parts are included. New Michelin tires installed at 45,000miles and all maintenance up to date. Tire inflation pump (Riobi with battery and charger) and tire repair kit. Battery Jump starter kit. I’m starting my next adventure overseas, so this van is ready to go on new adventures with you.
