$30000 OBO 2019 Dodge Ram Promaster Van 2500 High Roof 159" WB with 116000 miles. This van is almost finished. My plan was to finish building it out and hit the road. Then I met my husband who is in the military and unfortunately the nomadic van life doesn’t particularly fit in my plans any more. I’ve taken a couple trips in it and it truly runs like a dream. I have taken great care of this van, it has meant the world to me for a long time and my hope is it can bring you just as much joy as it did me! This van comes packed with lots of great features and comes with the rest of the wood and materials to finish the build. What it comes with: * The van comes fully insulated with rigid foam board and spray foam with Killmat sound deadening underneath. * Tongue and groove ceiling and walls (the spots you see on the walls are from the painters putty used to cover the screw holes so once you sand the walls and paint, it will be flawless! Or if you want to leave the walls with the natural wood color you can just sand it and leave it as is. **Comes with a ryobi orbital sander** Theres also a small gap on each side where the wall and ceiling meet to put inset LED lights for a beautiful ambient glow throughout the van. The Electrical System: * Blue Sea Systems Fuse Box * The wiring is installed underneath the walls for the maxx air fan, outlets, lights, ect. * 400 watt solar array * 2 ECOFLOW power stations. - EF ECOFLOW Portable Power Station DELTA 1300, 1260Wh Solar Powered Generator (situated in the lower cabinet space underneath the bed, connected to the solar panels on the roof) this power station handles everything in the van with ease. - EF ECOFLOW Portable Power Station 3600Wh DELTA Pro (this thing is a beast! It’s situated in the back on the van. We used this as backup generator for excessive cloudy days, what I LOVE about this generator is the ability to charge it from EV power stations! Never worry about running out of power with this. Truly a game changer. - You can also hook both of these up to the van alternator with equipment you can *buy from Ecoflow*, this will allow you to charge while driving the van. - Right now we have most things connected to the generators via extension cords but you would want to finish connecting the outlets and everything else to the fuse box (which is already wired and ready to go, you just need to buy the outlets and connect wires to the fuse box). - Maxx air fan (comes with the van, brand new the box never opened. * Me and my husband crafted unique spaces for extra storage underneath the bed, they just need doors/faces put on them & they’re finished (Left side: 2 drawers that extend all the way underneath the bed and slide out into the walkway. Right side: 2 level cabinet space. By the bed: 2 level cabinet space that extends underneath the bed and is meant to create a side table next to the bed. Last but not least, an open space above the cabinet and drawers ready to put in a slide out table! * Fully functional kitchen with water pump, 5 gallon fresh water tank and 5 gallon grey water tank underneath the sink (fresh water tank is easy to take out and fill up anywhere so you never have to worry about finding water, but you can also create your own system where it connects to the 39 gallon water tank in the back, we just never got around to it or felt the need. The 5 gallon grey water tank has a spigot you can turn to offload water when you are in a proper area and the tank can be disconnected and removed as well for cleaning/replacement.. * 39 gallon water tank in the back, installed perfectly, very sturdy. * Hidden Upstreman 1.7 Cu.ft Mini Fridge with Freezer * Tons of upper kitchen cabinet space. * Midea 0.7-cu ft 700-Watt Microwave * Hole cut for outlets with wires ready to be connected * Overhead puck lights installed in warm color with dimming capability (light switch located above the kitchen sink) * 32 inch Roku TV mounted at the foot of the bed, can be locked in place or swiveled out towards the kitchen or closer to you on the bed. * 400 Watts Renogy Solar Panels * Full size bed with bump outs installed for extra leg and head room! (I’m 5’8 and my husband is 6ft and we fit comfortably) * Waterproof grey laminate “wood” flooring. Everyone who comes in the van thinks it’s real wood. * Convertible shower/bench: this shower/bench system is a game changer for van living.. it is built to last, secured to the van, and situated right next to the 39 gal water tank so you just need to cut the hole to put in the water lines, shower head, and cut the hole for the drain.. it also needs to be waterproofed and the tile laid down (the tile is beautiful and comes already cut with every piece labeled so you know exactly where to put each tile) we will also give you the waterproofing membrane, mortar, grout, and grout sealant, ect, as seen in the pictures. The bench it’s self needs a cushion and paint (if you choose to paint it) * Starlink: comes complete with all equipment, not mounted to van. * large garage space, tons of room, dividers for optimal storage. * ‘The Bug Wall’ full insect screen. It rolls up and can be taken off and put back on with ease. The van’s health: * Runs like a dream * Clean title * New Transmission * Documented service and maintenance * Spark plugs replaced * Oil change done * A/C is ice cold, refrigerant evac and recharge done * Brakes need to be replaced soon. * Right turn signal sensor needs to be replaced * Needs new license plate light housing I have $14000 left on the loan payment so when you’re ready to purchase the van we will meet at the bank and get everything squared away there. ** does not include mattress**
