No need for a special drivers license THE BUS 🚌 • Bluebird TC 2000, year 1999. Originally used as a summer camp bus in Alberta. Stored in the winter and well taken care of. • The bus is now titled RV already and insured with ICBC. We saved you all the headaches! • Very reliable and durable Cummins 24valves engine. The bus drives 110km/h on straight highways. • Allison automatic transmission • Hydraulic brakes - no need for an air brake license. • Mileage : 187000km (116k miles) • Mechanical work done in 2022/2023. New good quality tires. New bus batteries/ cables. New rear break pads/callipers. New filters, coolant hoses. Total standing height around 6feet5. • 4 season insulation : it was built for Canadian winters. Rockwool R14 in the walls, R22 in the floor and ceiling. Tested in -30C and super cozy. The bus stays cooler in the summer too. • No more drafty bus windows! RV sliding windows with mosquito nets. • Fresh off white paint done this last August. • Cedar ceiling and bathroom (antimicrobial/mold resistant and smells amazing) • IKEA furniture (guaranteed 10yrs). There is tons of storage inside. • Vinyl flooring (scratch and water resistant). • Back splash, wood stove box and shower made of real tile with a flexible grout made to handle vibration. APPLIANCES 🚽 • Renogy off grid electrical set up: 3000W inverter, 4 lithium 170AMH batteries, DC to DC charger. • 5 x 260W solar panels. When using large appliances on propane mode, it’s absolutely doable to stay completely off grid for long periods of time with decent sun exposure. • Electrical stairs that go up and down on demand. • 12 volt lights with dimmers. • 3x Fantastic Fans (kitchen, bathroom and above driver area) • 2x Dometic AC units • Three sources of heat: 2 Diesel heaters, a Cubic mini wood stove and a portable electric heater. • Full size propane stove with 4 burners. • Dometic propane AND electrical apartment size RV fridge/freezer. • Propane AND electrical 5 gallon water heater. • 2 x 100 gallon water tanks under the bed.
