Come and enjoy the adventure of Vanlife! Perfect for an adventure or weekend in nature. Our van, fondly known as Matilda, features a custom conversion equipped with a full size memory foam bed, sink with a 6 gallon fresh water and 6 gallon gray water tank, refrigerator, ceiling Maxx air fan and tons of upper cabinet and under bed “garage” storage space. This Van is powered with a Bluetti AC200 Max that’s charged off of 300 watts of solar. The interior includes overhead recessed lighting and multiple outlets/USB plugs to charge your devices. Has had regular maintenance, with maintenance records since our purchase in 2021. When you are not using the van yourself, you can rent it out as a side business or to cover the purchase of the van. We have rented it out on the outdoorsy app on the side when we have time, averaging about $6-7k year for only a handful of rentals. We have a $2500 on the books for October through outdoorsy listing and are happy to transfer our listing and booked rentals with the sale of the van. There is a dent on the drivers door (shown), and a small dent on front and rear metal bumpers. These were all there previous to our purchase of the van. The van has been in no vehicle accidents that we are aware of. We are selling because we have a baby now and no place for a carseat in the back.
