97 Ford E350 Club Wagon XL I just replaced the insulation with Havelock wool and closed cell foam. I purchased this intending to fix it up as a camper van but I injured my back and had to change my plans. New struts, ball bearings, and a new battery. New tires purchased by previous owner, with minimal mileage since that time. Has vinyl flooring. Rigid foam insulation in roof and floor. I purchased cedar purebond plywood that I was going to install for the siding that I will include in the purchase. This brand uses a soy based resin, no formaldehyde or VOCs. Previous owner had the electric powered off of a split charge relay. This was disconnected when I replaced the battery bc the previous owner had it installed w AGM batteries and the main battery was getting drained. But the wiring is still there if you decide you would like to go that route. Has a sink with an electric pump. Kitchen counter space with some storage underneath.
