The cushions for the bunks and back bench/bed are custom made with 100% Latex versus memory foam and has removable covers that can be washed. The title of the van is in hand and we had the title converted as a camper title. The van is priced to sell, there are no issues other than minor cosmetic crack on the back side of the van.
