PRICED TO SELL - SUPER VALUE Good to go for weekend camping, and a good starting point for off-grid long term camping. Van was originally purchased as certified pre-owned by the dealership, and has been maintained through Ford extended warranty program. Regularly scheduled oil changes, brake pads, transmission leak at 30k miles, etc. Everything ever wrong was quickly identified and fixed by Ford. There are solar panels and a Jackery 1000 Solar Battery, but no plumbing. We stuck with Planet Fitness memberships for showers. And for personal water, we added a pump to a typical 5 gallon water jug. There's a QUEEN SIZED BED!!! I am 6 foot, and i rarely see a build with a bed that looks comfortable for me. So, when fully extended the bed fits a queen sized mattress. With a tri-fold queen mattress, you can fold it up into a couch. My wife custom-made double-sided window coverings for all window. We were able to sleep VERY comfortably even below freezing! We will include the Jackery and the ASTRO AI 15L Portable Fridge/Freezer. Wool insulation for walls and ceiling, and foam insulation under the floors. Some damage to floor and unfinished trim/cosmetics This was a personal build and we lived out of this van for well over a year. Our adventure has changed to raising a family, so we'd love to see the van on the road again.
