Seller's Description

Maybe, this is the vehicle for you. The van maximizes function plus comfort and it is extremely reliable on streets, freeways and dirt roads. With its high roof and extended length there is ample space for two people to travel comfortably. Being able to stand up instead of crouching down is a difference maker. The insulated van interior opens from two rear doors and from a sliding side door. The seat benches become the sleeping area (6’ long and 5' 2” across) with the flip of a hinged plank. The 4 modular pieces used for the seat cushions and backs become the mattress (see photos). Two people can sleep extremely well on the converted bed. Dogs enjoy it too. A lockable door adds a secure partition between the cab and living area. There is lots of storage with overhead bins, under bench slots and kitchen cabinets. A taller closet holds the portable toilet, outdoor shower bag, clothing and extras needed for the trips. On one side of the kitchen area is a sink with plenty of counter space. Water comes from a 10 gallon freshwater tank with an electric pump. Wastewater is diverted to a 5 gallon tank with a spigot under the van for draining. A Dometic fridge is below the sink keeping food fresh for extended trips. On the opposite side of the sink is the black glass stove top with two burners (propane) and additional counter space. Integrated solar panels coupled with the engine alternator generate the power for the vehicle. I have recently added a shore power option for plug-in on the side of the van. With both 12v and 120v as power options electronic devices and small appliances can be used. I redid the electrical wiring and also installed a power monitor to track how much energy different devices use. The van has 4 new tires and the brakes were replaced before purchase. Everything is current and up-to-date. I have listed other features below: Performance & Mechanics Engine: EcoBoost for superior high-altitude power Suspension: Air-lifts installed for improved handling and ride comfort Tires & Brakes: Four new tires and recently replaced brakes Reliability: Extremely reliable on streets, freeways, and dirt roads Electrical & Power System Solar: Two 100-watt solar panels (200W total) Batteries: Two 155 Amp, 12V deep cycle batteries Charging: 40 Amp solar charger controller & Smart battery isolator (charges while driving) Inverter: 3000-watt Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter AC Power: Converter with 120V system panel Shore power: Hookup for campsite plug-in Monitoring: Installed power monitor to track energy usage Safety: Fuse protection for all electrical components & electric junction box Audio: Bluetooth speakers Interior & Living Kitchen: Sink with electric pump, 10-gallon freshwater tank, 5-gallon wastewater tank Appliances: 65-watt Dometic fridge/freezer Cooking: Two-burner propane black glass stove top Sleeping: Convertible bench seating (6' long × 5' 2'' wide bed) Insulation: Insulated interior (excluding sliding and rear doors) Security: Lockable partition door between cab and living area Storage: Ample overhead bins, under-bench slots, kitchen cabinets, and a tall utility closet Instead of adding complexity and weight with a permanent shower/toilet installation, I use portable options that provide space flexibility. This allows for easy maintenance and more living area. The van is perfect for weekend warriors, extended road trips, or anyone considering the van life adventure. Turn-key ready - just add your personal touches and hit the road! Feel free to contact me if you have other questions. Finding the right person for this camper van is important to me. I want it to go to someone who will truly appreciate and care for it. Thanks, Don
