It has been an amazing run with her over the past 4 years but I’m looking to move her to a new home. The reason being is my fiancee and I are buying a house and I’m hoping to get a new work truck for my home remodel business. My father and I built this van out completely ourselves back in 2020. My fiancee and I or just myself have taken this van on multiple long road trips throughout the US and Canada including a 7,000 mile+ round trip to Alaska. Enough space for myself, my fiancee and our goldendoodle to enjoy comfortably. The van has been super reliable throughout these trips. I have replaced a spark plug and other than that only had to do routine maintenance. This van has made an excellent home on wheels for me whether it's been camping out before a hike or living in it full time traveling the country. I feel it does especially well as a ski vehicle as it can stay warm with the heater and has a ton of space to store skis, etc..I have spent many nights camped out at ski resorts. Snow/Ice A lot of people love their 4wd van which is great. I have personally found that this van fitted out with studded snow tires and loaded out with 4-5 sandbags in the rear and/or the weight of your gear, has handled most everything I've wanted it to in the winter. I’ve gone skiing in this van for 5 seasons now and I’ve only gotten stuck once when I accidentally drove into a foot of snow at Mount Bachelor. I’ve felt very comfortable driving through snow storms and in the mountains when necessary. Because of the weight of the van, combined with studded tires, this van sticks to the road well.
