This is a 92’ Chevy G20 that was professionally converted into a class B camper van. It is entirely off grid with working a/c and heat, power windows, solar power (200 amp hour batteries), running hot/cold water (21 gallon tank), hideaway shower system, camper toilet/hideaway bathroom area, tons of storage, foam bed that comfortably sleeps two, awning, and so much more. Willing to include camping gear and fridge/freezer combo. Mechanically everything is strong. There’s some cosmetic damage on the door and a few small areas of surface rust, but nothing that affects functionality. I have complete history of maintenance records and parts replacements. For instance I redid the entire suspension (to carry the add weight of the rv build) and completely new breaks. I can answer any questions you might have. Happy to set up in-person/video tour.
