Seller's Description
We originally rented our van from Peace Vans in Seattle and took her all over the Pacific NW for a week. We fell in love with her and bought her the next summer. We have since driven her across the country, up to New England, to Michigan and through the Carolinas. Peace Vans took such great care of her and we have too, and she has never let us down. She was meant to see all of the campsites in the US! Our daughter cried when we told her our decision to sell the van. Our van has been a part of our lives for the last 5 years and we have made so many great memories with her. Sadly, we have just outgrown her and haven’t been able to take the trips like we used to. This van is fully stocked and ready for adventure. She comes with leveling blocks, a foam mattress topper and the waterproof bag that attaches to the roof rack. The cabinets are stocked with kitchen utensils, cooking implements, plates, cups and silverware in addition to a first aid kit, a firebox stove and aeropress for coffee. She has a hose to fill the water tank and an extension cord for shore power hook up. She even has sheets for both beds! She runs great and we have had no engine troubles. We have a copy of all of her records since purchasing her. She has a couple quirks as to be expected. The gas tank has a charcoal filter (like all old VW vans). The check engine light remains on (and has since Peace Vans owned her) but everything is okay! We are hoping to find someone who will love this van as much as we have and continue to enjoy the great outdoors with her! Located in Richmond, VA.
