Seller's Description
Looking for a new home for my 2015 Promaster 2500 159 (wheelbase) High Roof Diesel. Just over 82,000 miles on it, so for a diesel lots of life left. I had this van built out to move into and work in remotely. It’s designed for a single person and my goal was to make it feel spacious and work well for a simple meditator’s life. Diesel part is way cool, great gas mileage, like 24-28mpg (that’s based on online research, I didn’t do any formal tests myself but it seems right). It’s got solar on top and also pulls from the alternator so when you drive it charges, it’s got a big life pro battery (and after a couple or few days living in it I would only drop like to 80 or 75% in cloudy weather or trees), it’s got a shore power plug, and also an inverter. It has a Maxxair fan, a Lavaner diesel heater, and a Separett (brand) composting toilet with fan. The fridge is an Ecoflow Glacier. The water is self contained and has a pump. I didn’t add a water heater and there’s no shower setup. There’s a swivel passenger seat. The bed is intended to be the bench, and a single (no magic pull out scenario as it is now!). I didn’t use a mattress either, so no current mattress. The people at Camp N Car in Port Townsend did most of the build. I bought it with a start and they redid some of that and did all the major and technical components and finished the whole thing. The cabinets up top were already there. And the insulation and wall coverings mostly. And then the bottom cabinets, though they finished the counters. And they took out and out it all back in securely. I had them do different flooring.
