Meet Bernie! A 1990 All American Bluebird stretching 40ft long. She’s got a Cat 3116 engine and an Allison transmission and i’ve been told she’s in great condition mechanically. She’s my first bus, I bought her in February from a wonderful couple trying to downsize for travels sake. They build a great set up with a kitchen, bedroom, toilet, shower and living area. Bernie is in a great in between stage of just enough to live comfortably while still having lots of room to personalize. —PLUMBING— •Sharkbite plumbing is installed •on demand water heater that runs off propane •water hookup (RV style) •50gallon fresh water tank •50 gallon grey and separate black water tank •I removed the Dometic toilet so i could use my dry toilet but can easily reinstall. —KITCHEN— •a full size fridge/freezer that runs off shore power •sink and a good amount of counter space and overhead storage •propane stove and oven work great —BEDROOM— •Queen size bed area •under bed storage and around the bed •closet and dresser space •back window flips up for nice air flow —BATHROOM— •Dometic Toilet •Trough Tub/Shower •built in storage —LIVING ROOM— •Place for a couch •built in seats •woodstove keeps the bus toasty Mechanically the bus works fine. i haven’t driven it but i’ve started /run it every couple weeks since the previous owners brought it to me. They drove it without hesitation from southern oregon up to tacoma. i have had to recharge the batteries but that was bc i left the switch on.
